What You Will Do:
* Utilise specialised approaches to support individual learning and social needs of children with autism.
* Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the school’s SEN strategies.
* Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss their child’s progress.
* Implement behavioural strategies that align with our ethos of understanding and patience.
We're Looking For:
* Individuals with a deep passion for education and a special focus on special educational needs.
* Experience in similar SEN roles or positions where your skills are transferable.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Required DBS check or the commitment to process one.
