Job Description
An elite US firm is seeking a junior- mid-level Leveraged Finance lawyer.
The team is highly ranked by multiple legal directories and works on some of the most sophisticated transactions on the market. They regularly represent sponsors and lenders across a broad range of industries. On the sponsor side, the team act for some of the largest funds in the world.
Requirements:
· 1-4 years of legal experience at a city or leading national firm
· Exposure to Leveraged finance or related transactions
· Great academic record
