The school is part of a supportive trust, offering excellent resources and opportunities for development across the wider trust. Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Practitioner Role: Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the EYFS department Support across EYFS and Reception classes Work with pupils with additional needs, including ASD and behavioural challenges Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework Work closely with the class teacher to support planning and preparation Help children achieve key developmental milestones Requirements: Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children in EYFS/Reception Ability to travel to and from Wisbech Strong understanding of child development and early years practice A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we will delight to hear from you.
