We have an opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Partner! In this role, you will liaise with our workers via email and telephone, resolving queries efficiently and supportively. We're looking for solutions-focused individuals who will liaise with internal teams to support processes and resolve queries at the root cause whenever possible.

Every day you will...
* Manage all telephone and online queries raised by workers, such as customer preferences, pay queries, annual leave, compliance, system changes, and hourly rates, ensuring all are handled supportively to maintain effective working relationships with candidates.
* Focus on customer experience to encourage worker retention and minimize attrition by providing effective query handling.
* Use our customer support systems to ensure appropriate resolution of incoming queries, with all activity tracked properly.
* Work with internal teams to support the continuous improvement and development of the Bookings function to meet client, business, and regulatory requirements.
