Were currently partnering with a growing and well-established accountancy practice to recruit an experienced Auditor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that is expanding due to continued success.
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine career progression, the chance to take ownership of your own client portfolio, and exposure to a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Carry out audit fieldwork both remotely and on client sites (occasional overnight stays required)
* Prepare statutory accounts from client data
* Report completed audit files directly to the Responsible Individual (RI)
* Support and mentor junior team members
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
* Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP
* Proven audit experience across a range of industries
* Background within a small or medium-sized practice (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
