Job Title: Senior Ship Project Manager

Responsibilities
* Build and lead an integrated project delivery team across multiple functions.
* Manage customer interfaces and key stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective responses.
* Drive world‑class performance through continuous improvement and technology adoption.
* Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance to deliver against project objectives.
Qualifications
* Extensive recent experience in a similar environment or business sector.
* Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects involving diverse products and services.
* Strong knowledge of contracting methodologies (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
* Cross‑functional awareness of lifecycle requirements for supporting functions.
* Ideally a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project, or construction management (or related field).
* Postgraduate qualification desirable, as is membership of a professional body.
* APM Chartered Professional (ChPP) or working towards this within 12 months.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
