Seeking to recruit Flexible motivated multiskilled skilled production personnel looking for long term career prospects, to operate any of these machines: CNC Brake Press, CNC Laser, Plasma cutter with progression after training to robots. Specific Machine Training will be provided on other machines to successful candidates.

*Key duties /accountabilities* as follows:
* Operate machines and other Fabrication machinery within a busy production environment
* You will work as part of our self autonomous teams planning your own daily tasks,
* Working from technical drawings and documentation
* Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
* Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
* Suggest and be part of our continuous improvement / best practice solutions.
* Producing quality components on time.
* Prioritise Health & Safety, ensure safe working practice
*What you will need to succeed:*
*Qualifications/Experience* :
*Essential criteria:*
* Experience of hand held tools
* Have 'Can do Ethos' and positive problem solving ability
* Quality focused with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work from technical drawings and documentation
* Ability to complete paper work in precise manner
* Able to trouble shoot and solve problems
*Desirable criteria:*
* GCSE or equivalent (2 at Grade C) or within an Engineering or manufacturing Environment,
* Health & Safety knowledge
* Previous machine operating experience
* Experience in a manufacturing environment, engineering, mechanics or coach building
* Current valid forklift license would be an advantage
* Interest in CNC programming is highly desirable
