As a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations in both occupied and void properties. This role demands a multi-skilled professional with a passion for craftsmanship, customer service, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Installation & Repairs * Execute kitchen and bathroom replacements to the highest standards. * Perform multi-trade tasks such as: * carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, vinyl flooring and decorating. * Deliver a first-class customer experience with a focus on first-time fix and minimal disruption. * Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) * Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, risk assessments, and safe work methods. * Participate in mandatory training and maintain professional qualifications. * Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations. Customer Experience * Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and respect. * Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. * Contribute to customer feedback and service improvement initiatives. * Productivity & Efficiency * Maximize daily productivity and minimize downtime. * Maintain van stock and order materials responsibly. * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance service delivery.
