Job OverviewPertemps is currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 Waste Oil Tanker Drivers to join a well-established business in Avonmouth. This role is ideal for drivers looking for long-term stability in a temp-to-perm position.
We are hiring two drivers:
* One to cover Bristol and the Southwest
* One to cover North of the M4 into the Midlands
Benefits
* Salary of £35,000 per year
* Weekly performance bonuses:
o 22 jobs completed over 5 days = £160 bonus
o 17 jobs completed over 4 days = £120 bonus
* £27 per night out allowance (for 2 nights out per week)

Key Responsibilities
* Operating an HGV Class 2 waste oil tanker to collect and transport waste oil from customer sites
* Providing excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism, and building strong client relationships
* Ensuring compliance with road transport laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring the tanker is maintained to a high standard
* Accurately completing paperwork and records for all collections
* Committing to two nights out per week, with an allowance provided
Requirements
* HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence – Minimum six months experience required, one year preferred
* Valid CPC & Digi Tacho Card
* Two nights out per week required
* Experience in waste oil collection, tanker driving, or hazardous goods is beneficial but not essential
* Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
* Ability to work independently and commit to a long-term role
* No more than six penalty points (No DR, DD, IN, or TT endorsements)
