Job Description
We're looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as part of our team as a Weekend Care Professional. In this rewarding role, you'll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes. At Home Instead we do visits no less then an hour so you have the time to provide the care people need and deserve.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
* Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
* Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
* Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
* Monitor and report on client well-being
What We're Looking For
* A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for helping others

What We Offer
* £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
* Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
* Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls

Requirements:
