Overview
Do you have proven experience running a high-profile reception area, gained either in a luxury or commercial front of house setting? Are you an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering first class service? This is a temporary receptionist opportunity with one of our clients. The role is 40 hours per week, on a shift pattern that may include evenings. This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will start quickly, so candidates with a lengthy notice period may not be considered.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Booking meeting rooms and arranging transport
* Taking a large number of telephone calls; relaying messages as needed
* Day to day administrative tasks

* Previous experience managing a corporate reception desk
* Proven office administration skills

* Strong team player
* Computer literate, particularly with MS Office Suite
