This could be your next exciting opportunity! My client, a leading multi-channel retailer, is seeking an Import and Export Administrator to join their dynamic Supply Chain team. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of import and export documentation for all international shipments, ensuring everything runs smoothly from port to partner. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing all import/export documentation processes for global shipments Collaborating with departments including Buying, Quality Assurance, Finance, and International Ops & Merchandising Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements Delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners Using Excel to track and report on logistics data (intermediate level proficiency required) What you’ll bring: At least 1 year’s experience in a relevant import/export environment A strong grasp of international documentation requirements Excellent Excel skills (intermediate level minimum) Natural ability to build strong relationships across teams and cultures A proactive, commercially minded approach with great communication skills Ready to join a company that values efficiency, teamwork, and international growth?
