Responsibilities
* Assist the Cleaning Contract Manager in the day-to-day management of cleaning services.
* Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners, providing training and support as needed.
* Ensure all areas of the site are cleaned to the highest standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
* Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies.
* Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
