As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with retailers, serving as the point of contact and service representative for both existing retail partners and new retailers. Your goal is to maximize product visibility, growth, and account penetration within an assigned region and/or market segment by effectively selling Lyca Mobile products.

Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative include:

* Demonstrating or explaining products, methods, or services to convince retailers to purchase products or use services for their customers.
* Offering SIM cards, posters, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade retailers to buy products and services. Selling promoted products and keeping sales records.
* Developing a strong understanding of the needs and habits of retailers in your area.
* Identifying market opportunities to differentiate from competitors and ensure the growth of retailer acquisition.
* Promoting, selling, and securing orders from potential retailers through a relationship-based approach.
* Actively supporting the resolution of issues and complaints from retailers.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Proficiency in English – written and spoken. Ideally.
* PC Skills – basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office packages.
* Communication Skills – Ability to convey information effectively.
* Time Management – Managing your own time and that of others.
* Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
* Retailer and Personal Service – Understanding principles and processes for providing service to retailers. This includes assessing their needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating their satisfaction.
* Reliability – The role requires dependability, responsibility, and fulfilling obligations.
* Attention to Detail – The work requires thoroughness and careful execution of tasks.
* Adaptability/Flexibility – The role demands openness to change and variety in the workplace.

Driving license in mandatory for this role
