SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £40,000 (This includes basic and additional supplements - base is determined on experience)

What you will do
13. As a Security Service Engineer you will be involved in attending and undertaking service work of security systems at a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems
14. A key point of contact for a number of customers, and be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met
15. Ongoing training will be provided for you
How you will do it
16. Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
17. To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
18. Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
What we look for
19. Experience within Fire & Security industry- ideally having Intruder Alarms, Access Systems and CCTV experience
20. Driving license
21. Ability to lift and climb ladders
22. Always deliver excellent Customer Service
