About the role
We're looking for a motivated Electrical Improver to join our growing team. You'll work alongside experienced electricians across commercial and domestic projects, developing your practical skills and working towards your full qualification. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and genuine career progression. Candidates must be willing and able to work away from home as required by project demands.
Key duties
* Assisting with first and second fix installations
* Cable containment and wiring runs
* Installing sockets, switches, and luminaires
* Supporting fault finding and testing
* Reading wiring diagrams and schematics
* Maintaining a clean, safe site at all times
* Liaising with site supervisors and clients
* Keeping records and completing paperwork accurately
What we're looking for
* Completed or working towards xsngvjr NVQ Level 3
* AM2 or equivalent experience
* 18th Edition preferred
* Valid CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Willing to work away from home
* Strong work ethic
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn
* Full Uk Driving License
