We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for our public sector client based in Truro on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract paying £55,000 – £62,000 per annum depending on experience.
This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to attend site regularly in Truro.
The successful HR Business Partner will possess proven skills working with the following –
* Leading people priorities and organisational development within a complex, unionised environment
* Workforce planning, change management, and business transformation programmes
* Managing complex employee relations and employment law issues (including ACAS/Tribunal matters)
* Partnering and coaching senior leaders to deliver effective workforce solutions
* Experience of HR within a large public-sector organisation
