£70,000 - £90,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus

This consultancy-based, client-facing role focuses on the commercial property sector, with exposure to Technical Due Diligence and project monitoring alongside core surveying services. Associate / Associate Director level.
🎯 Responsibilities
* Deliver a broad range of commercial building surveying services across commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors
* Act as a client-facing advisor across multiple commercial property types
* Undertake Technical Due Diligence and project monitoring as part of wider instructions
* Support and deliver projects with values up to £150m
* Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to commercial performance
✅ Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or related discipline
* Chartered MRICS
* Considerable post-qualification experience within the commercial sector
* Broad commercial building surveying experience
* Exposure to Technical Due Diligence and/or project monitoring
* Strong communication and client management skills
💰Salary & Package
* £70,000 - £90,000 base salary
* 15% contractual over-target bonus
