We’re looking for a Content Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, organic social performance, and always-on digital engagement for a growing organisation operating at the centre of the UK’s digital infrastructure and connectivity landscape.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on creating compelling content, understands how to build influence on LinkedIn, and can turn strategic messaging into measurable audience engagement and demand generation.
What you’ll be doing
As the lead content marketer and social media expert, you’ll own the organisation’s content and organic social strategy — driving awareness, credibility, thought leadership, and audience engagement across key markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the LinkedIn and organic social media strategy for brand growth and engagement
* Building and managing an always-on content publishing engine
* Creating high-performing social and digital content tailored for B2B audiences
* Developing engaging storytelling formats, editorial themes, and content series
* Supporting executive visibility through thought leadership and ghost-written content
* Driving audience engagement and community interaction across social channels
* Partnering with creative, marketing, and corporate communications teams
* Monitoring social and content performance, using insights to optimise reach and engagement
* Supporting campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives with impactful content
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on content specialist who understands how to grow influence and engagement in a B2B environment.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience growing LinkedIn engagement and audience presence for a B2B brand or senior leadership team
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn best practices, organic social growth, and content performance
* Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
* Experience creating scalable content series and publishing rhythms
* Strong understanding of audience engagement, social analytics, and performance optimisation
* Ability to translate complex business messaging into compelling and accessible content
* Experience collaborating with creative studios, designers, and cross‑functional stakeholders
* Knowledge of executive social storytelling and voice adaptation
