What does a Teaching Assistant do?
As a TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, including those with additional needs
* Helping with classroom activities, organisation, and behaviour management
* Preparing learning materials and resources
* Assisting during lessons, break times, and transitions
You may be placed in different year groups depending on the school’s needs, offering great exposure to working with a variety of age ranges.

Requirements:
* Experience working with children (in schools, childcare, youth work or similar)
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
