Project Coordinator Do you love keeping complex projects on track and working with cutting-edge technology products? Our Global client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the deployment of products across the EMEIA region. What you'll do: Be a Wrike expert, building and maintaining project hierarchies and dashboards. Ensure program data health, identify gaps and follow up to keep everything accurate and up-to-date. Support stakeholder communications and provide insights to improve decision-making. Assist with project documentation and cross-functional coordination across multiple geographies. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience supporting complex technology projects Strong Wrike skills and familiarity with PM tools (Gantt, Kanban, dashboards) Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience working with dispersed, cross-functional teams Please note: The role will be hybrid working, Tuesday to Thursday in the London office, paying up to £375pd inside IR35 and initially running until the end of 2026.
