Qualifications & experience
* Significant experience at Band 5 working in specialist palliative care or caring for palliative care patients in a community or hospital setting
* Experience and knowledge of symptom management
* Ability to communicate effectively in complex clinical situations and with colleagues
* Desire to be part of a flexible and ambitious multi‑disciplinary team
* A driving licence and access to a car for work related purposes

We play a key role in influencing the future of palliative care in Leeds through the citywide Leeds Palliative Care Network. Job Details
Full‑time position. Working hours: 30–37.5 hours over 4 days may be considered.
