What We’re Looking For in Our Next Chef de Partie:
* Experience in a similar kitchen role and a passion for leading by example
* Skilled in preparing top-quality, fresh food – creativity welcome!
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong team spirit and a positive, can-do attitude
* Confidence running your section with consistency and flair
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* A commitment to learning, training, and bringing your best every day
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Taking charge of your section and delivering excellence with every plate
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the smooth running of service
* Mentoring junior chefs and helping them grow
* Keeping high standards, following all health & safety and food hygiene protocols
* Maintaining a great vibe in the kitchen – teamwork makes the dream work
