Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food, wines, cocktails, and other beverages to a high standard.
Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions.
Ensure restaurant and bar areas are clean, organised, and presented to brand standards.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Assist with restaurant setup, service, and closing procedures.
Support colleagues across the food and beverage operation when required.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
