The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the organisation's financial operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders and wider business teams, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, provide meaningful analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UK accounting standards and internal policies.
3. Providing financial insight and guidance to non-finance stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions.
