Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)
£12.75–£13.25 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses
Areas: Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts: Morning (7am–3pm) or Evening (4pm–10pm)

No experience needed – full paid training provided
What You’ll Do
Support clients in their own homes with:
1. Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
2. Medication support & mobility assistance
3. Companionship and meaningful conversation
4. Meal prep, shopping & light household help
5. Dementia & more complex care needs
6. Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
No rushed visits – we prioritise quality care and real relationships
Pay & Benefits
7. £12.75–£13.25 per hour
8. Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

What We’re Looking For
19. No experience required (full training provided)
20. Caring, reliable and willing to learn
21. Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
22. Good English communication skills
23. Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
