Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a dedicated LSA into a lovely primary school near Winchester. We are also looking for two fantastic 1:1 LSA’s to work in excellent primary schools slightly north of Winchester. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs. Prepare classroom materials and resources. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students
About you:
2. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:
