The Purpose of this role
Are you a detail-oriented and a whiz on Xero accounting? As Office Financial Manager you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks of the company.
As Office Financial Manager you'll be responsible for:
* Utilise Xero to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Generate reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts, to support decision-making processes.
* Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to customer emails, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
* Managing credit control procedures to ensure timely payment from customers.
* Maintaining positive relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment.
As Office Financial Manager your skills & experience should include:
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, with proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
