About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with additional needs in their learning, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance. Responsibilities: Implement personalised support plans to meet individual student needs and foster independence. Assist students in accessing lessons and learning resources effectively. Maintain accurate records of student activities, achievements, and development. Support students with personal care, where appropriate, ensuring dignity and respect. Qualifications: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role is preferred. Understanding of SEN conditions and evidence-based support strategies.
