PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
* Create distinctive, innovative, and effective promotional assets for multiple platforms.
* Collaborating with other departments including marketing and programming, ensuring you maintain excellent relationships throughout.
* Develop pitch decks and present concepts to stakeholders.
* Help to coach fellow creatives, providing feedback and sharing inspiration, ideas and best practices in a regular and informal manner
* Act as brand guardian for channels and content, ensuring all creative output is ‘on brand’.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* Creative and media industry experience producing video-based content.
* A proven track record of creative excellence within the TV promotion industry.
* Experience editing and a thorough knowledge of the appropriate production processes, relevant tools and techniques, Including self op editing and directing talent.
* Good written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas clearly, sell your work to stakeholders, and provide feedback to team members.
* Technical aptitude and an ability to learn new AI systems and processes.
