Position: Trainee Duty Leisure Manager
Location: Breadalbane Community Campus
Hours: 37 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £26,165 - £29,390 (incremental progression)
As a Live Active Trainee Duty Leisure Manager, you will undertake a 24-month development programme designed to give you comprehensive experience in operational, service, and management standards necessary to become a Duty Leisure Manager. We seek enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are eager for challenge and innovation, work well in a team, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will be part of a team leading, directing, and supervising leisure staff, and will participate in broader management functions such as finance and HR. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service, developing activities, and collaborating with campus personnel to deliver quality experiences for the local community.
