Team Overview: Talent & Organisation Consulting Services combines consulting with programme leadership, change management, and leadership expertise to help clients enhance colleague experience and deliver digital-enabled business transformations.
We believe change is human-centered, science-based, experience-led, and value-driven. Our practitioners work closely with Fortune 500 leadership teams on growth, restructuring, and digital transformation initiatives, offering a full range of industry and functional services.
We seek individuals who can identify and solve complex client problems by integrating deep industry knowledge and functional expertise in Talent, Change, Organizational Design, or Leadership. Key Responsibilities:
* Mobilize complex, multi-geographic change programmes to deliver tangible business outcomes.
* Create transformation visions, drive leadership alignment, and storytelling.
* Design and implement operating models and organizational structures, enabling agile delivery.
* Define workforce and talent strategies, including mobilization, enablement, and retention.
* Plan and oversee change impact assessments, communication strategies, and engagement interventions using digital and AI tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong interest in work and workforce transformation, with curiosity about innovation and technology opportunities and threats.
* Proven ability to originate and sell consulting solutions.
* Knowledge of industry operations and trends in sectors such as Financial Services, Telecoms, Media, Technology, Life Sciences, Retail, Energy, Utilities, or Government.
* Ability to see the big picture and integrate multiple solutions.
* Passion for innovation, technology trends, AI, and data-driven organizational objectives.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
