Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm, 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours/week)

Calor is looking to recruit a metered customer advisor to join their busy metered supply team in Warwick. You should be able to work as a team member, have a flexible and adaptable approach, and demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. With the ability to use your initiative and analyse problems, you will have good attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing excellent, professional customer management, service, and administration, including inbound and outbound telephone contact and communication by email and other electronic channels.
2. Owning and resolving customer queries and enquiries.
3. Liaising with other parts of the business to resolve customer issues.
4. Working effectively in a busy and dynamic environment.
Candidate requirements:
1. Educated to at least 5 GCSEs A-C, including English and Maths.
2. Computer literate.
3. Background in customer service, preferably with sales ledger experience.
4. Customer-focused with a tenacious approach to resolving issues.
5. Dedicated to providing the best customer experience.
6. Team player with a flexible, adaptable approach, and excellent organisational skills.
7. Ability to use initiative and analyse problems effectively.
8. Great attention to detail.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional telephone manner, and a positive attitude.
10. Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
