* Experience in a busy helpdesk in FM, construciton dealing with engineers booking out works
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines and service levels
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with xsngvjr engineers and stakeholders
* Strong IT ski
