Job Overview
We are looking for additional support for our Admin Bank to support Booking and Reception Teams to carry out additional clinical activity that will be carried out during weekday evenings and weekends for the period running from July 2025 until the end of March 2026.
We Are Looking For Candidates With Specific Experience And Therefore We Are Looking For Individuals With Experience Across The Following Areas
* Use of Welsh Patient Administration System (WPAS) and Clinical Workstation (CWS)
* Appointment booking
* Handling patient enquiries
* Data entry or clinic preparation
* Processing patient referrals
* Validation and waiting list management

Main duties of the job
Staff will be required to work evenings and weekend clinics from 1st July – 31st March 2026.
* Duties will be varied and according to the needs of the department

* Be available to work between flexibly weekday evenings and weekend clinics (morning, afternoon and evenings)
