About Our Client

Job Description

* Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliation tasks.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations.
* Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and update financial systems and databases.
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Admin should have:

* Prior experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
* A strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
