We are looking for a strong HR Operations Coordinator who understands the need to deliver an excellent experience to all our stakeholders, along with the skillset and curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our HR Operations processes. This is a busy global role requiring the successful candidate to be organized, manage, and prioritize their workload effectively.
This role reports to the HR Operations Manager based in Belfast and is part of a global HR Operations team located in Bangalore, Belfast, Chicago, London, and New York.
The Person
* Customer Focus: You understand the importance of providing an excellent experience to all stakeholders, ensuring requests are prioritized and resolved effectively. You can view requests holistically and empathize with customers to deliver value-added strategic support.
* Innovative Problem Solver: You can handle ambiguity, identify root causes of requests, and recognize trends to implement continuous improvements and automation opportunities.
* Relevant Experience: You have 3-5 years of HR Operations experience supporting multiple countries, handling HR queries, systems, audits, and data. You are interested in process improvement and automation, with proven experience in implementing positive process changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Triaging and resolving employee lifecycle and stakeholder queries via our ticketing system (JIRA), adhering to SLAs and local legislation, while providing high-quality customer service.
* Partnering with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent Management, Recruiting, HR Technology & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits) on various projects and initiatives.
* Supporting first-level Workday queries and escalating as needed.
* Ensuring data integrity and compliance within Workday.
* Assisting the Benefits team with Absence Programs.
* Conducting regular internal and external audits.
* Collaborating with Payroll for monthly payroll processing, meeting deadlines.
* Reviewing HR processes and documentation regularly for updates.
* Supporting ad-hoc duties as required.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Contributing to global HR projects.
