We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded People Partner to join a well-established and trusted brand with manufacturing sites in Wakefield.
This is a highly influential role where you’ll partner closely with senior business leaders, providing coaching, insight and challenge to drive performance, grow talent and lead people through change. You’ll play a critical role in delivering people plans and pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions as part of one People team.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment, working with colleagues at all levels while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the people agenda, driving high performance and ensuring an excellent employee experience across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business and manufacturing objectives
2. Support workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development
3. Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve performance outcomes
4. Contribute to wider HR initiatives and transformation projects across the business
