We’re looking for a Supplier Manager to join our Banking team at Tesco Bank.
You’ll ensure a full understanding of the services provided to your allocated business area by strategic suppliers, engaging relevant internal stakeholders and reporting on performance, service, and risk exposures.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing key internal client and customer relationships. Ensuring business objectives and supplier objectives remain aligned and within rules of business conduct. Governing the relationship for maximum value, including review meetings.
* Identifying trends, summarising findings, and providing feedback on existing contract performance to inform negotiations/renegotiations.
* Delivering outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers within a contract management plan, in line with regulatory compliance frameworks.
* Working with Procurement & Legal to review, maintain, and renegotiate legal contracts.
* Ensuring activities comply with relevant external regulations and internal policies.
* Identifying and evaluating risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating as appropriate.
* Planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective relationships and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
We need you to have
* Experience managing suppliers in a large, regulated, or controlled environment.
* Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of FCA/PRA regulations relating to outsourcing and supplier activity.
* Risk, Conduct, and Compliance Management skills.
* Excellent relationship management and influencing skills at all levels.
* Understanding of supplier commercial contracts.

* Experience with Agile ways of working.
* Managing suppliers during acquisition and divestment processes.
