Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Child Protection Team

Rate: £33.30
We are currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Solihullbased within the Child Protection team.
What will your responsibilities be?
The role involves managing a diverse caseload of children, covering Child Protection, Child in Need, and sometimes Children within Proceedings, with the level in proceedings being open for discussion. Responsibilities include attending to Section 47 enquiries, completing Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments. The role also requires working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, such as the Police and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families. Additionally, the role involves completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and preparing Court reports and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
