Job Title
Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto‑mechanic or mechanic. Experience with Stellantis brands (Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo) is a big plus, but a strong interest to learn is also welcomed.
Qualifications
* NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 (minimum)
* Open to candidates with no work experience who hold the qualification

Role Description
* Ensure quality and first‑time fix to delight customers.
* Complete vehicle health checks and highlight issues and sell‑up opportunities.
* Communicate with workshop supervision on work progress.
* Develop skills and knowledge via regular training.
* Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
* Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if on job requisition).
Sign On Bonus
* £1,500 sign‑on bonus from 1st September 2025: £750 upon joining, £250 after accreditation, £500 after 12 months employment.
