The Opportunity:
The Senior Reward Partner will play a pivotal role in the continued development and delivery of reward structures / processes across NCC Group. This is a “hands-on” global role, with a focus on global reward & compensation (variable & fixed pay, and job evaluation/ architecture), as well as management of our global reward and compensation cyclical activities. It is a mixture of both operational and strategic rewards delivery, engaging with a broad variety of stakeholders and working closely with the People team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage data and your expertise in global reward to support our Group strategy and ensure we attract, retain and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pay & Total Reward Strategy: Support the development and implementation of our pay strategy / framework that aligns with the business objectives and supports our global people strategy.
* Developing and maintaining pay structures globally, and review, design and implementation of variable incentive and bonus plans and allowances that enhance our competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent while managing costs effectively.
* Cyclical Reward Activity: Oversight of the management of cyclical annual activities such as pay review and bonus awards, supporting the wider People team through the process with their stakeholders, utilising the system to manage recommendations and approvals.
* Best practice: Stay at the forefront of reward and compensation trends, conducting regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our programs remain competitive within the technology / cyber security industry and on a global scale. Ensuring our reward practices are fair and equitable across the group.
* Executive Reward & Remuneration Committee: Support the design and administration of executive reward programs, assisting with the preparation of RemCo papers, reporting and forecasting data.
* Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations: Utilise data analytics to collect, analyse, and provide strategic insights and recommendations into people data across the reward function, enabling informed decision-making and identification of potential future issues, or opportunities. Taking a global approach to the analysis and insights into pay equality.
* Performance Management: Collaborate with the People team and leadership teams in the development, implementation and management performance related pay schemes that drive colleague engagement, retention and business strategy.
* Compliance and Governance: Develop and maintain reward policies, frameworks and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including gender pay gap and minimum wage regulations. Provide credible counsel in line with our risk appetite and ensure compliance with global and local people data regulations.
* Strategic Partner: Act as a COE partner to provide technical expertise and advice, with a rewards focus, on global People projects such as workforce planning, culture transformation and performance management that impact NCC’s overall performance and competitiveness.
* Communication and Education: Develop and implement communication and education programs to help colleagues and leaders understand and make the most of our reward and benefits offerings, focusing on total reward.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Expertise in total rewards (i.e. compensation and benefits strategy, job evaluation/architecture) in a global organisation.
* Experience in scoping, designing, and implementing new reward and benefits programmes and policies, with a strong change management focus.
* Strong analytical approach, with a strong eye for detail, with the ability to present data in a digestible format.
* Experience of working to demanding deadlines in a project-driven environment.
* Familiarity with Executive renumeration including long term incentives.
* Comfortable in fast-paced cultures, can adapt to transformation and change and thrive in this sort of environment.
* Collaborative, relationship driven and ideas focused.
* Comfortably working with large interconnecting datasets, whilst ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday), PowerBI and excel (and vice versa).
* Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, culture transformation, performance management or related areas preferred.
* Using compensation module of Workday or larger HCM, such as SAP or Oracle, experience preferred but not essential.
