We are looking for a confident Academic Excellence Coach to join our Pastoral Team in a large, inclusive, and highly successful Sixth Form College near central Birmingham.

Academic Excellence Coach – The Role:
1. Supporting the welfare of students
2. Deliver sessions to small groups of students to encourage personal development and growth
3. Supporting students with safeguarding and mental health concerns
4. Working closely with students to help them with their university applications and transition into adulthood
5. Develop and deliver a regular enrichment activity relevant to the student body.
Academic Excellence Coach – The Benefits:
6. £375 – £475 per week

Academic Excellence Coach – Applicant Requirements:
13. Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
14. Previous experience working with young people in a school setting.
15. Previous experience supporting students with safeguarding and mental health.
16. Having a good understanding of SEMH needs
17. Passionate about supporting academic success as well as the physical and emotional welfare of young people.
