My long-standing client looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join their team at a well-established, high street pharmacy that's trusted by its local community.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 12:00 (Av. just over 41hrs p/w)
Key Targets:
* Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
* Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
Package and Benefits:
* £29p/hr
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
* GPhC fees paid
* Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year

Essential Requirements:
* MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
* MUST be registered with the GPhC
* Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship available if you meet the above requirements
