Role: Fleet Customer Service Advisor (Royal Mail)
📍 Location: Chesterfield, S40 1AA

As part of the Bookings team, you’ll be the go-to person for arranging and managing maintenance for the vehicles and trailers. This includes booking work with internal workshops as well as external suppliers.
You’ll play a big part in making sure their vehicles stay safe, compliant, and ready for the road every day 👍
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
Booking MOTs, services, safety checks, and repairs
Coordinating with workshops, suppliers, and operational teams
Making sure maintenance is completed on time to reduce vehicle downtime (VOR)
Keeping records up to date and accurate
Helping ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
Dealing with urgent issues quickly and keeping things running smoothly💡 What we’re looking for:
Great communication and organisation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Confident using systems like Outlook, Excel, and booking tools 💻
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Positive attitude, reliable, and keen to learn🕒 Working hours:
You’ll work on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Early)
Week 2: 6am – 2pm (Early)
Week 3: 8am – 4pm (Late)💷 Pay & details:
£13.52 per hour
Office-based role (full-time) 🏢
