Job Title: Senior Research Nurse / Clinic Site Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to take on a dual role as Clinic/Site Manager within a private clinical research site.
This is a leadership-focused position requiring strong clinical research site experience and proven management capability. The role is primarily operational and strategic, with minimal hands-on nursing duties as required.
This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates must be locally based and able to attend the clinic daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the clinical research site
* Monitor and maintain Site KPIs and performance metrics
* Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership
* Line manage, mentor, and develop the nursing and study coordinator team
* Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
* Support clinical delivery when required (minimal nursing duties)
* Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (active registration)
* Strong clinical research site experience (private site preferred)
* Previous management or team leadership experience
* Proven ability to manage KPIs and performance reporting
* Strong organisational and communication skills
