About the Role
Brandora is expanding our Chelmsford team and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join us. No previous experience is required – we provide full, in-house training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence and develop your skills.
In this role, you'll work face-to-face with customers, providing professional support and representing well-known brands in a positive and approachable manner. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide face-to-face customer support and assistance
* Offer clear product information and service guidance
* Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Complete new customer registrations accurately
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

* Attend training sessions and one-to-one coaching meetings
