Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with day and night shifts from 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am (32/36 hours per week) Salary:
£36,500 - £46,200 (includes shift allowance) Bonus:

Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing industrial boilers, steam pipework, and water systems. Ability to troubleshoot various systems: Pneumatic, compressors, chillers, boilers, and dehumidifiers with minimal guidance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant electrical/mechanical engineering qualifications (apprenticeship, HNC, NVQ, or equivalent). Strong organizational and strategic planning skills. Your Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate all critical facility plants for factory operations, including production air conditioning, boiler systems, and air compressors. Collaborate with the site reliability engineer to address concerns and propose future asset investments. Plan and schedule all legal inspections within the facility department, ensuring thorough documentation. Manage reactive work support, employing troubleshooting and root-cause methodologies. Oversee facility contract management duties, including risk assessments. Enhance the facility SAP PM system, ensuring robust transaction capture. Drive continuous improvement in reactive maintenance processes. What Can You Expect from Mars?
