The Opportunity
As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands‑on exposure to the gold mining environment. You’ll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well‑rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real‑world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational tertiary studies translate into practice.

Skills & Qualifications
* Current manual driver’s licence.
* Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Surveying, or similar by end 2026.
* Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential.
About the Role
* Learn how to deliver accurate survey outputs and maintain survey equipment to required standards.
* With guidance from your senior team members, learn to meet company and statutory surveying compliance requirements through the regular capture of physicals and the preparation of high‑quality reports.
* Assist the survey team to strengthen the mine’s ability to achieve mining production and development targets through accurate, timely, and reliable survey services.
