Teaching Assistant – SEMH Alternative Provision (Primary) Location: Burgess Hill Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Contract: Full-time (Term-time only) We are currently looking for a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in Burgess Hill, supporting primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This setting supports children who may have struggled in mainstream education and require a more personalised and structured approach. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
